A quantitative <t>PCR</t> (qPCR) measured the relative mRNA expression levels of C/EBPδ, and EMT/MET markers, including Snail, Slug, Zeb1, Zeb2 in two FTE cell lines overxpresing C/EBPδ verses control cells. B. A western blot analysis of EMT/MET protein markers perfomed on FTE-57 and FTE-19 overexpressing C/EBPδ compared to control cells. C. A qPCR of <t>miRNA</t> was performed on both FTE-57 and FTE-19 cells showing the fold change in various miRNAs in cells overexpressing C/EBPδ compared to control cells. Upregulated miRNA (Red) and downregulated (green) were identified (p < 0.05). Data are represented as mean +/- SEM and p-values are calculated using Student t-tests, two-tailed and a 2-way ANOVA.
